However, we understand that technical issues may occur. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., if you are unable to access the film due to a system error), you may request a refund. These will be handled case-by-case. Please contact our support team with the relevant details.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel access to a film you’ve purchased, you can contact our support team at support@soom7.com. Cancellations will be processed within 24 hours, and you’ll receive confirmation once the access is removed.
